Always feeling sleepy and even a good night’s sleep leaves you exhausted?

Negative energies can make you feel sluggish regardless of how many hours you have slept, some psychic attacks are different; they prefer you are tired and exhausted regardless how you many hours you have slept

Many sleep disorders such as sleep talking, sleep paralysis, sleep walking, and many others can be linked to psychic attacks

The key here is that quality sleep can be essential to a powerful aura, its why lack of sleep can make us more vulnerable to psychic attacks whether from entities, your toxic boss, or any energy vampire for the matter

I will be delving into each phenomenon separately to discuss the necessary points

As far as sleep paralysis is concerned, from a spiritual perspective, entities target your ability to move or speak to create as much anxiety for the victim

In many cases of sleep paralysis, the victim may not see the entity but those with the gift of clairvoyance are more likely to perceive the entities, their faces, shapes, and descriptions which further proves that people from different backgrounds, cultures, etc may see the same men in black, demonic shapes, etc

Many cases describe feeling crushed by the entity or that the entity is trying to possess them or pull out their soul

In many cases this can escalate to choking or even sexual molestation which I will be delving into in a separate article

There are different types of attacks that occur in sleep paralysis, its like different spirits have their own modus operandi for carrying out these attacks

Pressure on the body

Some spirits prefer to put pressure on the body that can be very painful to the victim experiencing it,

in Chinese Culture this is known as “mèng yǎn” or “ghost pressing on body,” and sleep paralysis in Chinese folklore is attributed to ghostly activities.

I will discuss attacks from the back separately since they are usually done by sexual astral parasites who target the back in such attacks, the feeling some cases experience is as if someone is riding their back.

In various African cultures, sleep paralysis is often described as “the witch riding your back.”

However, from experience this is more common with astral sexual molestation but not necessarily in just these cases

Symptoms of this attack

Mental Awareness: The individual remains mentally aware and can hear people around them.
Inability to Move: Despite the desire to move or speak, the person is completely immobilized.
Duration: This state can last from a few moments to several hours.
Appearance to Others: To onlookers, the person appears to be asleep, with no visible signs of struggle.
Sensory Perception: Sometimes accompanied by a foul smell perceived through extrasensory perception.
Source of Attack: Believed to be carried out by malevolent spirits or ghosts, often originating from lower spiritual realms.
Factors Influencing Duration and Intensity: Influenced by the spirit’s strength, its intent to cause distress, and the spiritual resilience of the affected individual.
Vibration Sensation: Some individuals may feel vibrations, indicating an unsuccessful or partial attempt by the spirit to immobilize them.
Interruption of Attack: Shaking the person awake may cease the attack, influenced by subtle energies whether ancestral, the location, or the individual’s spiritual energy (Kundalini).

The second and more advanced type of attack which some cases have experienced at one point is the feeling of ropes tying the victim,

In the attack a client recounted, the entity appeared in a visual as a squid swimming in the sea, I will be discussing marine/ elemental spirits in a different article

However, he could sense as it attempted to use rope like energetic cords to paralyze him

This type of attack is usually done by more advanced entities with abilities that surpass the previous crushing sensation

The final attack which is usually the most serious is when several entities use dark energy manipulation methods or chants to create a negative mesh of energy that targets the victim’s mind to a degree they cannot think straight, basically numbing the mind

Consider this an occult ritual originating from the lower realms where several entities use their knowledge of the occult to target someone

I have personally heard entities via extrasensory perception as they make such chants but have gladly was able to repel them too
